Last updated: 19 October 2026
voxlyvision.com (the "website") is run by Dolphin Haley LTD, trading as Voxly Vision ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08396885, with its registered office at Boundary House, Cricketfield Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1QG. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
If you have any questions about this policy or how we use your data, email freshthinking@voxlydigital.com.
This policy covers personal data we collect when you visit the website, fill in our contact form or email us. It does not cover the Voxly Vision product (the web app, Chrome extension, Slack and Microsoft Teams apps, MCP server and API). If your organisation becomes a customer, the data processed through the product is covered by your customer agreement and its data processing terms.
When you contact us. If you use the contact form, we collect your first and last name, work email address and your message, whether you ticked the box to receive marketing emails, and the page you sent it from and the date and time. If you email us directly, we receive your email address, name and whatever you choose to include.
When you apply for a job. Our Hiring page asks applicants to email us. We receive whatever you send, usually your CV, contact details and work history.
When you browse. We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. It collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, how you scroll and click, files you download, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city or region level). It links this to a randomly generated identifier stored in a cookie. Google Analytics does not store your IP address. You can switch analytics off at any time on our Cookie Policy page.
Security and delivery. The website is hosted by Webflow and delivered through Cloudflare. Like any web server, they process your IP address and technical details of your request to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks and bots. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people from bots.
We don't ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as health data or details of criminal convictions.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed them against your rights and expectations. You can ask us for more detail.
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract:
Within Dolphin Haley LTD, enquiries may be handled by the team that also works on our other brands, such as Voxly Digital. We may also share data with professional advisers, with a buyer if our business is sold, or with authorities where the law requires it.
Some of our providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on the UK government's adequacy regulations (including the UK-US data bridge for certified companies) or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, so your data stays protected to UK standards.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
To use any of these rights, email freshthinking@voxlydigital.com. It's free, and we'll reply within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Dolphin Haley LTD is ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials certified. We limit access to personal data to people who need it, and our providers are bound by contract to keep it secure. You can see more in our Trust Center.
The website is for businesses and professionals. It is not aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We'll update this policy if what we collect or how we use it changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
